You do not get to define what our laws about abortion will be. The society makes that decision. That is called democracy. This pro life stuff is totally a religous idea. And we are a secular nation. The majority of people in this country and in the western world, have come to terms with this "dilemma". And they have said it is to reamin legal and in the pervue of the woman. I do not share your religion and I/we, liberals, resent your trying to make us confrom to your definition of morality. I remember when abortion was illegal and it resulted in back allys and coat hangers and we liberals will not go back to that. With Obama elected he will appoint very liberal judges and Roe versus Wade will be the law for the rest of your life. Thank god. You have all that education and brain power, and still can't understand the nonsense of conservative ideology. Even the Republicans are trying to figure out what they stand for and believe. And the worst part of the Republican party is its anti intellectual ideas and meaness. We liberals have a clear understanding of our philosophy and it involves compassion and returning to an intellectual society where the poor are attended too and global warming reports are not rewritten by neo con oil company hacks and stem cell research is legal!
