Michael P.:>>If this is the composition of the 3 signed contracts we are in trouble.<<

You are right Michael. As I've said before I'm gonna look at some more cards as they continue to flip over for awhile just to see how the hand stacks up. I'm gonna look hard at the NUMBERS here post the 10Q particularly related to the merger. I'm gonna listen to the story on the 3 contracts and I'm going to take a realistic look at the entire investment here over the next 71 days to see if it's getting better-staying the same-or changing.

Right now we're still dealing with rumor on the major contract award, however, I'll say this: Alcatel didn't seem to have any restrictions on announcing their win prior to Bell Canada's announcement. It was almost as if Alcatel is calling the shots *for* Bell Canada. Bell Canada's release still hasn't confirmed what Alcatel's two day ago release already did - namely Alcatel is in the drivers seat in Bell Canada's ADSL deployment and Alcatel will decide when the world knows ahead of Bell Canada.

If it's so easy to just blow your horn on your contract wins ahead of the RBOCs official releases then why are we getting a different story. Apparently there was no sensitivity from Bell Canada on Alcatel front-running their ADSL announcement well ahead of Bell Canada's own announcement. Why is WSTL so sensitive when clearly Alcatel's customers can care less? We'll see if someone asks this question and other probing questions that *need* to be asked tommorow.

Good Luck To Each And All
