It would be better if the guy's father was mostly Arab and just a little native 'black'.

I've got a great idea for a movie. Guy grows up 1/2 anglo, 1/2 african. Mother is always running around, absent from the scene. Guy is raised by grandparents, and ultimately goes on to political greatness.
