To align one self as lefty or righty is beneath the human dignity of fair and objective people. However, criticising that which identifies lefty characteristics or righty characteristics is almost always justified since each designation identifies the tendency to fixate on something out of balance. "less, why dont you comment when somebody on the right does that very thing..." I find myself banned from more threads where the moderator identifies himself as a righty than those identifying themselves otherwise so I find your comment hard to figure. dmaa has earned my respect over the years and so rarely says anything that would provoke me. I look forward to arguments with people like him and with Tim and some of the others here because I know they will give me a good tussle based on sound principle, reasoned argument and sincerity... while I let lots of silly stuff pass because it seems inconsequential or because it is not of interest to me. I think there are some more layers to the Palin phenom that are worth digging through, and that it does have to do with fear of traditionally strong men and women vs their alternatives.
