8 YEARS of Clinton's presidency resulted in the first terrorist attack on US soil within 8mos after he left office. The '8 months = Bush's fault' argument is not worthy of intelligent minds. Osama's al Qaeda had already made their intentions loud and clear, and Clinton ignored the danger in order to not upset his friends in the UN and Europe. 3000 innocent Americans paid with their lives for a Democrat president's hesitancy to swiftly confront and neutralize a national security threat.
