MAX-D3 has 10,000 IU in gel. Dose is once/week. Comes in 5 gels per pack. Our MD recommends 20,000 IU/week because lab report indicates deficiency. Price per pack is reasonable, though not lowest if you are pricing per IU in gelcaps (lower price available elsewhere in 4,000 IU/gel).
