it isn't my testimony. they are the facts in the case. if you had any depth of knowledge in the case, you'd know this.

allowing a witness to lie about only doing this once for sick mother when you know the dea recommended a second prosecution and THEIR OFFICE TURNED DOWN THEIR RECOMMENDATION UNTIL AFTER THIS TRIAL ought to be criminal.

this was an incredibly shady prosecution where the truth was not told to the jury.

IF THEY THOUGHT THE TRUTH DIDN'T MATTER, THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD IT!

instead, they put up their star witness and knowingly allowed him TO LIE STRAIGHT TO THE JURY'S FACE.

these are facts in the record, not a news headline from a corrupt to the core DA's office.
