If Zhiwu Chen wants to really slow construction, he can point out that excessive infrastructure is path that Japan has chosen the past 15 years, with little positive effect.

China should not follow the Japan road.

I expect that would make a good slogan.

More infrastructure is needed inland, especially roads and rail roads, and repairs to the earthquake areas. But the author has some very good points.

The education investment option should be considered along with trying to increase assets and then consumption.
