OT re ANVH - Well shorts - All my DD happened after I started the post and it only took me about 10 minutes, so I don't profess to know much about it. I was interested because you posted how excited you were that this pink sheet penny stock was the type you like and you gave some interesting bullish predictions. I'm sure there are many others out there that took notice of your apparent excitement on the long side. You don't seem to be claiming I said anything that was wrong other than the date of the low price stock quote. If I was wrong, I welcome any correction. I mentioned that you became bullish on it and I pointed out several factors that are quite similar to those which you often suggest are "red flags." For example, it has a claimed authorized share count in the half billion share range and many times the o/s and the float. The big thing that has impressed you is the dividend announcement. Yet, the pay date is many months away. I asked why you might think that is. Is it because they intend to lure buyers of new shares or shares losing restrictions and becoming part of the float? These are the type of questions you often ask and you ask whether insiders are dumping shares into touted news that supposedly will happen months in advance. So, I figured you would have answered these somewhere. If you answered them on IHub, let us know. They did a 1/1000 reverse split a few months ago. There is a "blank check" preferred issue that hasn't been discussed much on the boards. Any reason for the lack of discussion of the terms and do you know if there is a conversion feature? In the interim financial filed a few days before the PR that apparently made you a bull on the stock, the company said it had no intention of declaring dividends. How do you justify this? Is it a case of covering both ends? In any event, you are right that we shouldn't go on here. I was hoping you'd open a board. If you feel I haven't been fair or accurate, please feel free to leave me a note on Creede's DD Maven board. I don't think he'll mind. In any event, it's nice to have actual discussion, rather than spamming questions such as "are we there yet?" I'm not just critical of bashing, I feel the same way about the wasted posts of "going to the moon tomorrow" "news imminent" and "chart says buy" stuff that bulls so often post. Happy trading :-)
