#1. Bell Canada is an RBOC where WSTL modems were the only modems being trialed. How did you lose the large deployment contract to Alcatel and what does this mean for other potential customers' contracts.

#2. How much did the merger cost all-in for investment bankers fees, lawyers fees, accountants, printer, etc. etc. (give a ballbark #).
These fees in combination with the $5 million working capital money spent at AMTX and the projected near term quarterly losses for the combined companies will have what impact on the Company's balance sheet and future financing plans?

#3. Why hasn't anything been released on your promised 3 contracts in the last 90 days and *specifically* when can we expect to hear anything? Please provide an order of magnitude as to the actual size of these contracts.
