The RE boom is all over the oil rich countries including on the Red Sea shores. The boldness of the local RE developers are quite unbelievable - some have ample resources and some do not.

Time will tell how things will develop there.

Period of excesses are coming ot an end - I only hope that the pendulum will not swing to far into the other direction.
