Rambi be the one to listen to on this. She is a great pen. She actually knows her words. They just float around my brain unbidden and never fail to surprise me. I didn't even know what a myriad was when I wrote it. I had to look it up afterwards. Go figure. Rambi rocks. :)

I hadn't thought about "peruse" but I think you are right- when I hear it, I think of just looking over something. I don't think I realized it meant carefully.

A myriad of stars and fish would be acceptable. I think it went out of style for a while.

Trivia: myriad was a real number. 10 to the 4th power.

So if Choosie has a myriad of lovers.... she has been a very busy girl. :)
