After Pakistan's ISI directed the attack a few months back against the Indian Embassy in Afghanistan... and the earlier train bombings and the tragic attack on India's Parliament that are still fresh in the public's mind --- I think that the use of proxy terrorist 'armies' by Pakistan's Intelligence Service will come under increasing pressure. Note: this latest may well have been launched with the aid of 'rogue' ISI elements... who are opposed to the peace initiatives launched by Pakistan's newly elected Prime Minister, and want to keep their historic level of control over Pakistan's military and government.
