Maybe Ten is right, let these guys dump on themselves. I work for a private company and we watch every single expense, not because we have to, but because we know every penny saved goes to the bottom line. If we were threatened by bankruptcy we would be in expense panic mode... spending nothing.

How, exactly, do they expect the unions to make concessions when management are deliberately hiding their profligate, self indulgent ways.

It actually does piss me off.
