Np, I'm going to let them screw with me awhile and then nail them. Tell you another. You get a bill from a DR. Insurance paid $xx. PP paid $xx. You pay $xx. Then you get a bill for what the PP paid. That's against the law in Illinois. He's charging you for the discount he gave the insurance company for being a preferred provider. You mention talking to the state insurance board who might look into the last several years of billings and it wipes that arrogant look right off his face.
