This is the PNW.....overcast is the norm from November til March. I'm not sure how you folks survive without seeing the sky. Sunshine can be overrated......when I lived in S. CA, I got sick of it being sunny every day. I couldn't wait for the rainy season starting in Oct/Nov. Yup, you can't please everyone. I was so sick of the sunny weather that it wasn't until last year that the overcast here started to get on my nerves. And some just like the 4 seasons....I happen to be one of them.
