And yet it looks like Harper has been Black Swanned..

Harper was trying to sink the cash poor Liberals prior to a next election by cutting funding to all parties.. The Liberals and NDP (wanna see a real socialist government :O) formed a coalition.. (not typically Canadian that) but anyway.. they could bring down the government on Dec 8 and walk into power, no election on a confidence vote..

Liber;as and NDP (and lots of Canadian media harping on that) want stimulus packages like the US got ... why ? Are our large insurers or banks failing ? No.. Your comment on
This so-called injection capability
is bang on but folks are spooked I guess.. Cold be very negative on the Loonie...

Flaherty may not get to do much else now.. CTV now (around 9:30 this evening) calling it a sure go the government will fall but the situation is fluid.. Lots of folks will be pi$$ed.. a big gamble her by the 'coalition' but the temptation of that big 'coalition'/' stick may prove too hard to resist.. and besides it would really hamstring the minority Flaherty government even if it's not brought down next week..
