Even if there is a brief stock market flurry early, it wont last long, This week's economic reports will not be reassuring.

It would be nice to see holiday numbers come in better than expected just for the psychological benefit. It's a lot easier to make money in anything but a bear market. A personal observation though, I had to go to Target in San Diego for cat litter of all things Saturday. I was dreading it because of the anticipated crowds. I got in and out in 5 minutes. Parking lot was not even a quarter full and only 3 cashiers working. Lines were 2 people deep at the 3 cahiers. Total weekend sales are going to be dismal I'm afraid.

Futures not looking good. Oh well I won't fight it. Charts say we have come far enough, so probably time to sell tomorrow.
