Eric - I only ask that you make your arguments factual. A difference in opinion can be logically debated. I find repeatedly in my jousts on this subject that the opposite side is not factual or knowledgable. Perhaps your factual errors are accidental - perhaps they are simply part of the technique. I will for now assume your factual errors are accidental. If they are part of your debate technique - then - let me know and we will say good bye.

As for clean coal - if you mean no CO2 - then the debate is useless. If you mean clean combustion - gasification can produce a very clean fuel.
