Still want to be very very long IDTI.

However, I look at the huge opportunities for CREAF yesterday (21 1/4) and near term (one or two weeks). I have to sell IDTI and buy CREAF. I am the guy who put all the money into the stock I believe. Hopefully before long I can sell all my CREAF and get back to my very very long IDTI.

The trade for SIII is a minor one. Just to make my wife happy.

<Competition from the cypress version of ZBT memory>

Could you elaborate on this a little more?

I think the main reason is the lack of a following in the analyst community due to continual earinings disappointments. When the CFO left, I breathed a sign of relief because he seemed to be prone to negativism. Pernham (sp?) seems a little more apt to try to increase shareholder value by not being so pessimistic in the last two earnings release conference calls. The analyst community just needs an assurance that IDTI will grow into greater earnings. I still believe that the big houses are just keeping this stock down so they can really load up in it. I just pray we don't have to wait until the first of the year for the stock to move due to tax selling.

Anyone Know anything about the history of intel lawsuits brought
against cyrix or amd? How about the crawford patent?

Now that IDT no longer has the nice wide predicatable trading
range, it is time to look long and hard at this
company to see if it merits a long term buy/hold.Let us go
forward with clear eyed 20/20 vision and a hard nosed just
the facts ma'am approach.Let's see just how much IDT is really
worth.

So try and list + / - of IDT.... in a spirited point/counterpoint
style. Any takers...
