If you know anything about quality then you would know that it has to be designed into a product. Sure, a negligent worker can cause occasional quality problems, but not systematic ones like those introduced by design decisions. Chrysler has introduced cars that go on to see 6 recalls...line workers cause them? Last point...ask your self why it is that they can design and sell a very good truck...the same workers building trucks...what do they do, put all the good workers on the truck lines and the bad ones on the cars?
