I just figured out why the dems are sitting on the next "stimulus" plan until after Christmas. They don't want Walmart to get it all. But with Obama's 7 trillion dollar plan, don't we want the Chinese to get the stimulus monies since they own all of our debt right? This libshit is too much sometimes to figure out...
