We still have a long way to go on the house. I'm nearly finished with the rough-in's. I'm doing most of the work myself, that's why its taking me forever, hopefully I finish the fire sprinkler system this week after that all I like is the structured wiring then if I pass inspection, we can have Icynene spray foam insulation done in 2 weeks. Would like to have Sheetrock by 1st of Jan. Will put together more pic's soon.

I've been trading like crazy, other than building some core pm stuff back up (CDE, GSS, SLV and NG largest)not holding anything for long.
