The Supreme Court should NEVER, EVER be allowed to intervene and decide a Presidential Election...Under no circumstances should this happen...Re-do the election if you have to...What happened in 2000 seriously damaged the integrity of the Democracy in the United States...And of course we ended up with GW Bush and look what he's done with our country's reputation and our country's economy...How does everyone feel about the Trillion Dollar war over in Iraq...??

Remember that Justice Sandra O'Connor was the person who voted Bush in after a 4 to 4 tie. She retired and had to take care her ailing husband. I am sure that her conscience would follow her to her death. She voted based on party line, the first time a US President decided by the Supreme Court, and Justice Sandra O'Connor did the country a gross injustice.<<

I hear she really regrets doing that vote.
