Joe,

You need to know that a broker cannot use the internet to solicit business.

He cannot, like you, use the internet to manipulate a stock.

Other than that, a broker's ability to render an opinion is as sacrosanct as yours.

If you have the rulebook, post it here for all to see. I post what I find. I tell you if it's a bit unusual. I also tell you things you all apparently can't get for yourselves. So why do you have such a hard time with that?
