We may not be able to anecdotally assess which foods do or don't make us fat but we are well qualified to identify which foods satisfy our hungry or make us hungrier.

One thing that Davis points out is that almost all diets, no matter how crazy, work for some people. We all have differences in the way we take food.

I do know that what I am doing works for me. And for most people. I know that "low fat," for most people, has been a disaster.

Cutting back on starch and sugar is the diet that will be finally accepted, IMO. Getting off wheat, corn and sugar has been just great. And it's the best thing someone like me with CAD can do.
