I love Stevia,

not only is it NOT sugar, it makes the coffee tolerable!

btw, I recently read that up to half of all pancreatic cancers are being traced to caffeine

LB,

What I discovered when I started buying supplements that fit my diet was that there is a whole culture of Luddite types who reject all "man-made" foods.

I think that's a bit of a generalization there. Some people, no doubt, reject "man-made" foods because they are Luddites, but I don't think that a person who believes in Paleo diet are necessarily Luddites.

Joe

I like Splenda a lot. I use it exclusively to sweeten coffee, and oatmeal.

I started a wheat, corn and sugar free diet last week. Not having too much trouble avoiding the wheat and corn, but I miss the sugar. Had some carob the other day...........does that count?

I'm also avoiding white carbs. Hoping to lose 25 lbs by next spring.
