In any case, I at least made the case that these companies ran themselves over tactically, rather than presenting the simplistic view that all their problems are caused by the unions. I agree that the unions aren't solely to blame. Really stupid to hire a failed former CEO of Home Depot to head up Chrysler, for instance. Lots of other examples of failed leaders playing "musical chairs" up at the top. Tenchusatsu
