The NBER is the official arbiter of business cycles. Even the Whitehouse accepts this. foxbusiness.com White House spokesman Tony Fratto said in response to the announcement, “As we’ve always said, NBER determines the start and end dates of business cycles, and they’ve done that...” The economy went into recession in December 2007. That is now a historical economic fact which will be accepted and taught from now on. Only the stupidest of lying partisan partisan hacks, like yourself, would try and dispute this fact. SD
