In Portland there are a lot of store fronts for lease, and not many customers.

Spokane has store fronts under construction, but the biggest malls are in trouble.

That's so sad....I know malls are important, but I love to actually look and admire, and sometimes buy, at specialty boutiques, especially when they are all together. Today's jaunt was to Highland Park near Dallas...That place has some of the best of the best,like Harry Winston, Hermes, etc) but most of all, it is a splendid people watching place. Who else but socialites would take their furs to go shopping....>>>>ggg<<<<

The temp today was in the 60's, but after all, it is winter...Maybe it's the only time they can wear them....LOL!
