I may have missed it along the line, but are these "loans" or are they "bailouts-givemees"?????

Another thing I haven't heard is exactly what the Congress expects these companies to do about the $73+ average labor cost for GM vs the $41 average labor cost for Toyota....

How can the Big 3 actually deal with their situation when the labor costs are so far out of wack, and the retirement moneys for the retired workers are driving everything into the ground?
