Re: There are a lot of high tech stocks with promising returns out there. One would not compromise their reward potential by diversifying--in fact studies have shown they could get the same return with less risk. It takes too much time to thoroughly research stocks and then to take just a small position. It amazes me how much time some people take when going to the supermarket, spending a lot of time looking around and comparing, but when it comes to real money, the quick trigger goes into action. I have learned to do just the opposite (finally). What studies are you referring to? What is the source? "Many studies" means nothing to me.
