Another thing that goes to their complete LACK of judgement, is coming in empty handed, NO BUSINESS PLAN.. What if a startup comes to a VC with no business plan?.. They would be laughed out of the room and told to NEVER come back.. Thinking about this more, I believe the 25 bil should go to viable startup auto companies instead, wherever they are at.. Maybe some could use the old Big-Three facilities. Buy them for two bits on the dollar or so and try to retrain some of their labor force.
