I never said it did...you aren't implying that the 20,000 troops will all be retired SF are you?

I am not implying anything.

I am stating as clearly as I can that if you want a 12 man force that has 2 communicators skilled in high tech commo and primitive morse code radios, 2 highly skilled combat medics trained in emergency surgery, 2 operations experts, 2 engineers capable of using explosives to remove debris and also capable of organizing inexperienced folks to build temporary shelters, or permanent structures, and 2 weapons experts to provide security and assistance to American civilians coping with a terrorist attack scenario; and you want all of them to have 20-30 years experience...retired SF will be as good as it gets.

And yes, there are 20,000++ of us out here.
Each state could easily have 25 or more such teams and a support staff.

You have choices. Your alternatives may include the 42 year old men who are enlisting in today's army for the first time.
