MMM is a conservative investment here. Not a 3X expectation. I have a small position and I won't increase it unless it tanks.

Here is a good example where the earnings yield of a great business is still at ~8.5%, which is not that exciting when the earnings may drop and some good bonds trade at much more attractive yields. ;) Stocks I am buying for 3X goals have earnings yields in 15-30% levels. But they are not safe as MMM. ;)
