To All officers and shareholders of FBN Associates, Inc., Ltd., Corp., Co.:

Your Senior Science Consultant is checking in to confess it has taken him since the original post of the FBN thread to recall the parallels between FBN and a more scientific Journal published back in the mid 1960's. (For all I know, it may still be published, tho' I doubt its staying powers)

The journal's title was:

The Journal of Irreproducible Results.

Each issue contained perhaps 6-7 articles which had been submitted by subscribers representing a wide variety of Scientific professions.

The author would posit his thesis and then report the most improbable experiments and data to support his almost/not quite believable position.

The effect was simply hilarious.

I'm certain that the Toolset(s) of FBN Associates when used to diagnose and correct the y2k code problems of huge corporations produces just such irreproducible results.

Congratulations to the hard working officers and subaltern employees at Hq. Words cannot express my appreciation for your efforts as expressed here in this thread.

Appreciatively
and
Cordially
