72 vs $52 w/o the bennies which is the real problem.

That's with benefits. Hourly is fairly close to even.

And that's with benefits paid to retirees, not existing employees.

Even then...$72 is 10 times minimum wage. $105k severence, job bank. It's all managements fault.
