I have no problem moving it, but I think we need one.

We need a line because we privatize liberties and socialize costs. A bike rider who elects not to use a helmet will still expect you and me and all of us to pay for his care and life expenses if he gets disabled as a result of an accident.

I knew a neat looking 20 year old fellow who destroyed his kidneys by injecting heroin. He was in and out of hospitals, and on dialysis, without which he wouldn't survive beyond several days. He was, of course, disabled and on welfare. Now, about 20 years later, he's probably still out there, and we are still paying the costs of his use of poorly cut cheap sh*t.

I don't believe that as a society we are prepared to abandon such people. Hence, the line.
