You are joking. So Bush pushes through the FISA bill, which rolls back our civil rights in the name of security, and he institutionalizes torture, and now you are worried about the Constitution? Please. You have no credibility.

BTW, there is no conclusive proof that it is unconstitutional to appoint Hillary as SecState. It depends on the interpretation. One potential fix is to reduce the SecState's salary back to levels prior to when she was a Senator. That would solve the problem. Another fix is to pass legislation clarifying the Constitutional rule. You'll notice the Constitution says "HE", so does that mean the Constitution prohibits all women from holding office? I bet you'd interpret it that way, because you are a ridiculous human being. However, most unbiased experts in jurisprudence seek to clarify the intent of the Constitution, not dicker over the semantics in to subvert the intent.
