Thanks Roger, I have access to SEC filings Through WSJ Online. Since I have seen a lot of talk of Shorting Borland over the SI boards I looked them up. The last week of September Borland filed A S3. If Members on this board would like to see it posted let me know.. Its extremely long and of course in legalese but it has some interesting information. Including long term outlook for Borland and what is necessary to keep there business going and what alliances they need. I was Surprised to see those last two points in any SEC form. Very informative.
