Reorgs, delays, retired securites, etc...If you want SEC files just go search SEC and you can read all night about what our friends in Washington are up to as long as it has been made public. Lots of interesting reads about the dark side of the force. A lot of it is encrypted but most of it isn't that clandestine. Next August when you are finished you can do the same thing with the FBI, the Justice Department, the Postal Inspector, the Gestapo, INTERPOL, the KGB, and the Keystone Cops.
