Intel Anti Theft is the beginning of subsumation (remember how the 'Voids derided that assertion years ago?) This is just the beginning.

Also, note the news of Intel entering into a joint venture with Hitachi Global Storage Technologies to make solid-state drives for business computers: "The move highlights an industry-wide push toward solid-state drives, which are more expensive than the more commonly used hard-disk drives, but are also considered more energy-efficient and stable."

(Again, I was derided years ago to assert that SSD would become value-competitive with mechanical drives):
