During Tom O'Brien's show last night he made a couple of interesting observations. On the general market, he commented that it looks like "The General" (GE) will lead us out of the black hole that the market is in. Last trade of the day was for 6.9MM shares, at the high. On gold...he just returned from the Hard Assets show in SF and he was the only one on the panel that was bullish. He believes we are looking at a setup for an upside move in the markets of a sort that he has only seen a few times in his long career.
