what tejek said...california wants to keep the cheap labor of the illegals and the dems want to keep their power base, they just don't know how to pay for it without bankrupting the state

You can look up later info using "Social Security No Match"

Right now, no match letters are only sent out for NEW employees.

I don't know if the you need to have 10 employees, but if you make each restaurant have a different corporation number, you can avoid that.
