John B, Re Demographics: Actually, I suspect that the growth will continue well past 2007. First, the baby boomers aren't all going to buy GICs on their 65th birthdays. Second, the rest of the world isn't in sync either from a demographic perspective or from an economic perspective. There will be inflows so long as the $, economy, outlook remains strong, IMO. Thread, 1 more day: Be prepared for a propaganda barrage such as you've never seen before. There still seem to be several folk determined to shake out the "weak" hands.
