No, I mean people like Bill Frist and Ron Paul. Basically any doctor who declines to perform abortions, sex change operations, in vitro fertilization for lesbians, etc. The kind of people numerous liberals on SI have said should not be allowed to practice medicine. I also was referring to the 1/3 of hospitals which are backed by Christian churches. If such institutions are forced out of providing health care (like the Catholic church was forced out of arranging abortions in MA) it would create a real health care crisis.
