Here he is now looking down his nose at the Latino who got the consolation Cabinet Post, that's what Emperors do, look down their nose and rule. He lost his seating chart. Now TARP well Drawing Down the Tranche and Speculating on The Second Half and must Notify Congress and they can block it , they will review the TARP, it must have strong oversight, we can do better, make sure the money don't go to CEO compensation and that the taxpayer will get their money back, and when they hit the ground running on Jan 20, make sure it is properly spent.
