How about the new visitor center, which wasn't needed. was gonna be 71 million ended up 700 million. Where's the outrage at congress? 700 million so Harry Reid doesn't have to smell you.

One of the problems with our system is that the perps, assuming they are wealthy and connected, rarely pay any penalties for their malfeasance. A few of the Enron bigwigs are doing time, but that is the exception, not the rule.

Everyone works on the basis of "plausible deniability," which I find inplausible most of the time. But the courts differ.
