average j2p doesn't have a clue about what's going on here... i've been mulling over since sept. where are the zeros being booked...i knew the taxpayer was taking the hit, but what curious as to the mechanism....i did send him a question about Maiden III, because i'm aware that Maiden Lane LLC was created to shield the fed from the losses associated BSC that JPM considered to risky to take on their books, the credit line was originally $30B extended to maiden lane and thus far the fed is giving that fund a book value of $2.6B
