i just heard diana olnick say that loans were available for 700 or better fico's and adequate downpayment, AND income verification (ask bentway<g>) or sufficient equity for a refi

i wasn't talking about FHA or VA loans, and i said that conforming loans are still hard to get on a relative making the comparison to the no-doc, liar loan, inflated appraisal antics that allowed the nonqualified borrowers to buy in....that type of loan is OVER



and non-conforming jumbo loans are even tougher (as they should be)
